[摘要] 目的 对PFNA治疗46例骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折患者的临床疗效进行分析。方法 选取该院收治的46例骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折患者，均行PFNA进行治疗，再对其临床疗效作回顾性分析。结果 46例患者在行PFNA治疗后，术后获得了6～12个月的回访，骨折均得到了有效地愈合，愈合时间在13～31周之间；而骨折复位质量的总优良率为95.65%；髋关节功能的评分在86～97分之间；且患者在术后未出现并发症发生情况。结论 临床上采用PFNA治疗骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折患者，具有创伤小、愈合率高、复位良好、并发症少等特点，值得推广使用。
