脑出血采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗的临床疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 分析研究脑出血采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗的临床效果。方法 按照随机数字法选取该院收治的82例脑出血患者，均分为两组，分别给予患者采用内科保守治疗以及微创颅内血肿清除术治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 对照组患者显效率为60.9%，观察组患者显效率为39.0%，观察组显效率明显优于对照组，P<0.05比较差异有统计学意义。观察组预后良好33例(80.5%)，对照组患者预后良好26例(63.4%)两组患者的预后效果有明显差异，P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论 微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血，创伤小，操作方便，预后效果显著，值得应用推广到临床治疗中。
