[摘要] 目的 分析妊娠期相关肝病的临床类型，探究有效地早期诊断以及治疗方法。方法 对该院目前3年接收并进行治疗的60例妊娠相关肝病患者在临床上留下的资料，经复习相关的资料后，开展回顾性的分析。 结果 60例患者中，临床发病率最高的为VHP患者35例，其次为VHP+ICP10例，ICP有8例，AFLP有7例。结论 对患者进行及时的诊治能够提高孕妇和婴儿的存活率。
