[摘要] 目的 探讨超声在诊断急腹症的应用价值。 方法 对该院2013年1月—2014年7月间进行超声诊断的298例急腹症患者进行回顾性分析，将其结果与临床最终诊断结果进行对比分析。结果 经分析超声检查与临床诊断结果符合例数为289例，与诊断结果符合率为96.98%。结论 超声在诊断急腹症操作简便，安全有效能有效发现与确定病因，能够提高诊断率、降低误诊率，可为临床提供可靠依据，值得临床推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.
