[摘要] 目的 分析多层螺旋CT在胸部创伤诊断中的应用效果。 方法 收集该院2012年5月—2014年5月期间诊治的胸部创伤患者80例作为研究对象，所有患者均实施多层螺旋CT检查和DR检查，对两种方式的诊断结果进行分析对比。结果研究结果显示，两种诊断表现均呈复合性创伤，多层螺旋CT检出80例，检出率为100.0%，DR检出60例，检出率为75.0%，多层螺旋CT检出率明显高于DR，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 多层螺旋CT在胸部创伤诊断中具有良好的应用效果，可有效提高检出率，降低误诊率和漏诊率，值得在临床应用上推广。
