[摘要] 目的 对比基于PCR的HPV检测与液基细胞学检查(TCT)在宫颈癌筛查中临床价值。方法 选取该院2012年3月—2013年3月进行宫颈癌筛查的1209例女性为研究对象，其中932例患者采用HPV检测，277例患者采用TCT检测，对比两种检测方法灵敏度及特异度。 结果HPV检测法HPV阳性率为56.0%，TCT检测法HPV阳性率为50.5%，两种检测方法阳性率差异无统计学意义(P=0.28)。但HPV检测法在敏感度为和准确度上均显著高于TCT检测法。结论 HPV检测具有快速、灵敏的检测优势，并可以对患者感染的HPV进行分型鉴定，有利于临床上及早诊断高危型HPV，从而准确确定检查对象宫颈癌发病风险。
