博司捷联合依达拉奉治疗脑出血保守治疗患者的疗效分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(博司捷)联合依达拉奉治疗脑出血保守治疗患者的临床疗效。 方法 选取2012年1月—2014年6月该院收治的脑出血保守治疗患者100例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用神经保护剂博司捷；观察组在对照组的基础上加用依达拉奉；两组的疗程均为14 d。观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)、日常生活活动能力指数(Barthel指数)和血清hs-CRP水平的变化，评价临床疗效。结果 治疗前两组的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数及血清hs-CRP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数及血清hs-CRP水平均较治疗前明显改善，观察组改善情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为(90% vs72%)，观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.846，P<0.05)。结论 博司捷联合依达拉奉能明显减轻脑出血保守治疗患者炎性反应，改善神经功能和日常生活活动能力，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of monosialoteterahexosyl ganglioside joint edaravone for the treatment of Conservative treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion GM - 1 joint edaravone can obviously alleviate the inflammatory reaction，improve neural function and life quality of the patients the curative effect is distinct， worthy of clinical popularization and application.
