[摘要] 目的 探讨小剂量胺碘酮在心律失常治疗中的疗效和安全性。方法 将该院2013年10月—2014年9月医治的54例心律失常患者随机分为常规组与观察组。两组患者在常规治疗基础上分别使用普鲁帕酮与小剂量的胺碘酮进行治疗。比较两组患者不同药物治疗后总有效率和不良反应情况。结果 在治疗后，观察组、对照组总有效率分别为88.89%(24/27)、59.26%(16/27)，观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应情况明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 使用小剂量胺碘酮治疗室性心律失常，治疗效果明显，安全、有效，值得推广。
