[摘要] 下肢深静脉血栓形成(deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity，DVT)作为血管外科的常见疾病，其动物模型的建立是研究疾病的发病机制和治疗方法的重要条件。该文对近年来对于各种实验性深静脉血栓动物模型的方法及其利弊进行概述，为今后动物实验提供充足的参考依据。
