[摘要]目的 对比股骨干骨折行髓内外固定方案的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析选取2009年4月—2014年4月该院诊治的股骨干骨折100例患者临床资料，按照不同治疗方式分为两组，对照组50例患者行髓外固定治疗，研究组50例患者行髓内固定治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗相关有效性指标及并发症发生率。结果 研究组临床治疗优良率92.00%高于对照组78.00%，且术后并发症总发生率6.00%低于对照组22.00%，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；且研究组各项治疗相关有效性指标均优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 股骨干骨折行髓内固定治疗较髓外固定治疗效果更佳，可降低并发症发生率，具临床实际应用价值。
