[摘要]目的 探讨综合护理在烧伤治疗中应用的临床意义，总结更为有效的烧伤护理方法。方法 随机将78例Ⅱ度烧伤患者分为两组，每组39例。以在治疗过程中接受常规护理者为常规组，以在治疗过程中接受综合护理者为综合组，对比两组治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果 综合组1周皮肤愈合率及2周皮肤愈合率分别为(75.12±7.16)%及(90.12±6.67)%均明显高于常规组的(60.23±7.23)%及(82.16±7.71)%；同时综合组皮肤愈合时间明显为(8.27±1.37)d短于常规组的(12.16±2.26)d(P<0.05)；同时综合组治疗总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)，而两组并发症发生率比较未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 综合护理可有效的提高烧伤患者的治疗效果，且并不增加并发症发生率。
