[摘要]目的 探讨中医体质护理治疗2型糖尿病并冠心病血瘀质患者的临床效果。方法 选取2012年1月—2014年8月该院收治的110例2型糖尿病并冠心病血瘀质患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组，各55例，研究组给予中医体质护理，对照组给予拜阿司匹林片治疗，综合比较两组患者治疗前后凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、D-二聚体(DD)、纤维蛋白原(FBG)、B型尿钠肽(BNP)指标的变化。结果 治疗8周后，研究组PT、APTT、TT、DD、FBG均较治疗前明显改善，改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，研究组BNP为(1120.6±160.6)ng/L，优于对照组的(2002.5±320.7)ng/L(P<0.05)。结论 中医体质护理治疗2型糖尿病并冠心病血瘀质患者效果确切，可有效改善血液高凝状态，值得临床推广使用。
