[摘要] 目的 探讨介入治疗对难治性产后出血的临床疗效及对保留子宫的意义。 方法 对该院于2010年1月—2014年1月收治的24例难治性产后出血患者，采用改良Seldinger技术经皮股动脉穿刺行子宫动脉插管并造影，观察治疗效果。 结果 23例止血成功并保留子宫，仅1例介入治疗失败后改行次全子宫切除术，手术成功率95.8%，手术时间(42.7±3.3)min，术后11例患者出现不同程度的臀部、会阴、大腿胀痛及无力现象，无严重术后并发症发生。 结论 介入治疗用于难治性产后出血的疗效确切，具有手术时间短、术后恢复快、不良反应少的特点，是目前治疗难治性产后出血的首先方案，值得在临床上推广和应用。
