[摘要] 目的 探讨积极的护理干预在老年结核性脑膜炎康复中的作用，旨在促进老年结核性脑膜炎患者的临床治愈率，提高生活质量。 方法 对2010年1月—2014年1月期间该院收治的28例老年结核性脑膜炎患者进行综合护理干预，同时选取同期收治的给予常规护理的28例老年结核性脑膜炎患者为对照组，分析两组护理效果。 结果 观察组患者好转率明显高于对照组，死亡率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后观察组患者压疮情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)，且采用不同方式进行护理干预后观察组患者敷料松脱、标识不完整、管道移位、管道处理不当及记录不全面等情况的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 积极的综合护理干可提高老年结核性脑膜炎患者的治愈率，且可减少压疮及意外事故发生，临床价值显著，应推广应用。
