[摘要] 目的 探讨舒适护理在老年性哮喘护理中的应用效果。 方法 选取2012年1月—2013年1月期间该院共收治的84例老年性哮喘患者为研究对象，根据护理方式的不同分为两组，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予舒适护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。 结果 观察组患者的舒适度明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)；观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 舒适护理在老年性哮喘护理中的应用效果比较好，能够提高护理满意度，并且能减轻患者的痛苦，提高舒适度，具有较高的临床使用价值。
