[摘要] 目的 探讨ST导管在持续房颤射频消融中的应用效果。方法 以我院2014年3—12月期间所收治68例持续房颤患者作为研究对象，分为两组。均应行射频消融术进行治疗，对照组应用普通盐水灌注导管，观察组应用ST管，比较两组消融时间、透视时间、并发症发生率及随访期间复发率。结果 观察组消融时间、透视时间为(152.4±13.5)min、(37.2±9.2)min，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.8%，复发率为11.8%，对照组为23.5%、29.4%，观察组均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ST导管在持续房颤射频消融中的应用利于术者更好掌握导管与心房壁贴靠度，有效降低并发症发生率与复发率，缩短术中消融时间与透视时间，具有较高临床应用价值。
