[摘要] 目的 探讨FAP与E-cadherin＼N-cadherin的表达与大肠癌发生发展的关系及其相关性。方法 采用免疫组化EN法检测150例大肠癌标本中FAP与E-cadherin ＼N-cadherin的表达。结果 FAP表达与肿瘤分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，而与肿瘤分级之间没有明显的相关性，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。E-cadherin的阴性表达率及N-cadherin阳性表达率与大肠癌的肿瘤分级、分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。E-cadherin ＼N-cadherin阳性表达呈负相关，差异有统计学意义(r = -0.745，P<0.05 )。 结论 FAP高表达、E-cadherin的低表达或不表达和N-cadherin的反常表达与大肠癌的浸润＼恶化有密切关系。
