[摘要] 目的 探讨子宫肌瘤的发生原因与临床治疗。 方法 对医院妇科2013年1月—2015年1月共收治的76例子宫肌瘤患者病例资料进行分析，对发病原因和治疗情况进行探讨。结果 病因方面，遗传因素占3.9%；内分泌因素占96.1%；治疗方面，保守治疗占43.4%，手术治疗占56.6%。结论 针对子宫肌瘤的病因，制定个体化、科学、有效的治疗方法，可有效减少患者痛苦，提高治疗效果。
