[摘要] 目的 研究超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床治疗效果。方法 随机选取该院于2011年2月—2014年5月期间收治82例闭角型青光眼患者作为此次试验研究对象，分为观察组(使用超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术治疗方法)和对照组(使用传统小梁切除术治疗患者)各41例，分析两组治疗结果。结果 经手术治疗后，观察组的眼压值为(13.3±2.2)mmHg，前房深度(2.8±0.7)mm，均低于对照组水平，且观察组的视力值为(0.8±0.2)则明显高出对照组，各指标的组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。且两组的术后并发症发生率也有明显差异(P<0.05)。 结论 使用超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术能够有效治疗闭角型青光眼，且手术安全性高，值得临床推荐和使用。
