营养护理对血液透析治疗终末期肾病患者营养不良及生活质量的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨终末期肾病行血液透析治疗患者给予营养护理措施的临床效果。方法 整群选取该院收治的88例终末期肾病患者展开研究,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组44例;对照组行常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上行营养护理干预措施,观察观察组与对照组预后的营养状况及生活质量变化情况。结果 两组患者给予不同的护理方案,观察组营养不良改善效果优于对照组,且观察组患者的生理职能评分、情绪职能评分、认知职能评分、社会职能评分、心理健康评分、角色职能评分及总评均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 终末期肾病患者行营养护理措施能有效改善患者存在的营养不良情况,降低感染率,从而提升患者预后生活质量。[关键词] 营养护理;血液透析;终末期肾病;生活质量
