[摘要] 目的 探讨骶管阻滞加阿是穴封闭治疗腰腿痛的临床效果。 方法 整群选取2010年9月—2014年9月该院收治的腰腿疼患者126例随机分为两组，实验组63例，采用骶管阻滞加阿是穴封闭治疗的方法，对照组63例采用西医治疗方法，比较两组的治疗效果。 结果 实验组采用骶管阻滞加阿是穴封闭治疗腰腿疼的总有效率为98.4%，对照组采用西医治疗腰腿疼的总有效率为88.8%，实验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在治疗腰腿疼的临床过程中，骶管阻滞加阿是穴封闭疗法在临床上具有良好的效果，值得推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of caudal block combined with ashi acupoint blocking therapy in the treatment of lumbocrural pain.
