[摘要] 目的 探讨泪道置管术治疗泪道阻塞性疾病的疗效。方法 随机选取该院2013年9月—2015年1月共收治的泪道阻塞性疾病患者50例，将硅胶管植入泪道治疗泪道阻塞性疾病患者共50例(61只眼))，观察治疗效果。 结果 术后随诊3～12个月，症状消除，泪道冲洗通畅者48只眼(占78.69%)，溢泪减轻、泪道冲洗有冲洗液入鼻但欠通畅者9只眼(占14.75%)，仍有溢泪或溢脓、泪道冲洗不通者4只眼(占6.56%)。 结论 泪道置管术可阻止泪道粘膜重新粘连、阻塞，是治疗泪道阻塞性疾病的有效方法。
