针对肾上腺皮质激素在呼吸内科的临床应用效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨肾上腺皮质激素在呼吸内科临床中的应用价值。方法 整群选取在该院于2013年1月—2014年6月接诊的56例呼吸内科患者，接受常规临床治疗联合肾上腺皮质激素治疗，设为观察组。回顾性分析同期该院接诊的55例呼吸内科患者的临床资料，接受常规治疗，设为对照组，两组呼吸内科患者接受不同的临床治疗，对比临床疗效。结果 在接受不同治疗情况下，观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率(94.64 %)优于对照组(74.54 %)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者血清IL-12相比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 在呼吸内科的临床治疗过程中，肾上腺皮质激素能够有效改善患者的临床症状，疗效显著，不良反应少，值得临床推广和应用。
