吡柔比星膀胱灌注联合化疗治疗晚期膀胱癌的临床研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探析吡柔比星膀胱灌注联合化疗治疗晚期膀胱癌的临床效果。方法 整群==选取2013年4月—2015年2月来该院就诊的75例晚期膀胱癌患者，随机分为对照组37例和观察组38例。对照组患者单纯采用化疗；观察组患者则在此基础上加用吡柔比星膀胱灌注治之，连续治疗2个月。评价治疗前后患者的生活质量，计算有效率，观察治疗过程中的不良反应。结果 观察组患者的生活质量改善明显优于对照组患者，其与生活质量相关的角色、认知、感情、社会功能得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者的有效率81.6%较对照组患者45.9%明显增高(P<0.05)；观察组的不良反应少于对照组患者(P>0.05)。结论 吡柔比星膀胱灌注联合化疗治疗晚期膀胱癌疗效确切，利于提高患者的生活质量，副作用少，值得临床广泛推广。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating the advanced bladder cancer with pirarubicin for bladder perfusion combined chemotherapy.
