大隐静脉曲张术后早期中西医结合治疗68例临床分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 评价中医结合手术治疗大隐静脉曲张与单纯手术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床疗效比较。 方法 整群选取该院2013年2月—2015年2月期间收治的68例(79条患肢)大隐静脉曲张患者，随机分为中西结合治疗组34例(42条患肢)，对照组34例(37条患肢)， 结果 术后7 d治疗组患肢的疼痛、肿胀情况好于对照组(χ2=5.3652，P=0.0205)；后经3个月随访，两组患者皮下瘀斑、卵圆窝处皮下血肿无明显差异(χ2=3.1488，P=0.0759)，不过治疗组患者恢复情况明显略好于对照组。 结论 中西医结合治疗大隐静脉曲张，在术后早期有利于疼痛、肿胀的减轻、溃疡面愈合，具有操作简单、恢复迅速的优点。
