多层螺旋CT胰周血管成像对胰腺癌可切除性评估的应用(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究胰腺癌患者使用多层螺旋CT胰周血管成像对可切除性评估的临床价值。方法 整群选取2012年8月—2014年8月期间收治的68例胰腺癌患者，所有患者均采用手术病理与CT扫描检查胰腺癌对胰周血管的侵犯情况。结果 对胰腺血管进行CT探查Loyer分型，灵敏度为84.79%，特异度为72.46%；对胰腺周围主要动静脉进行CT探查血管分级，灵敏度为90.78%，特异度为73.91%。 结论 多层螺旋CT胰周血管成像对胰腺癌患者可切除性评估灵敏度及特异度均较高，有着重要临床价值，值得临床应用及推广。
