连续肾脏替代疗法对重症急性胰腺炎的治疗价值分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 对连续肾脏替代疗法治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床应用价值的分析和研究。 方法 整群选取自2012年1月—2015年4月期间在该院接受治疗的68例重症急性胰腺炎患者，根据不同的治疗方法将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，观察并比较常规疗法和连续肾脏替代疗法的治疗价值。 结果 治疗组患者的pH、HCO、PaO2、PaO2/FiO2等血气分析指标都显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 连续肾脏替代疗法对重症急性胰腺炎患者具有十分显著的治疗价值，能够有效改善患者的血气状况，促进患者早日康复，提高患者的生活质量。
