对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者进行全面护理干预的临床效果(1)

     [摘要] 目的 分析全面护理干预应用于慢性萎缩性胃炎中的临床效果。 方法 随机选取于2013年1月—2014年1月来院治疗的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者60例作为研究对象，按护理方法的不同，分为对照组(n=28例)和观察组(n=32例)，对照组行常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预，观察对比两组患者的临床效果及护理满意度。 结果 观察组有效率为96.88%，对照组有效率为78.57%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度为96.88%，对照组护理满意度为71.43%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 全面护理干预在慢性萎缩性胃炎中的临床效果显著，提高患者治疗的依从性，可促进患者早日康复，值得临床推广使用。
