64排螺旋CT脑动脉成像CT血管造影技术的临床意义研究(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨64排螺旋CT脑动脉成像CT血管造影技术的临床应用价值。方法 随机选取该院神经内外科2011年12月—2014年12月收治的70例脑血管病变患者，采用64排螺旋CT扫描仪对70例患者进行诊断检查，并与数字减影血管造影术诊断结果进行对比分析。结果 64排螺旋CT扫描仪诊断结果与数字减影血管造影术诊断结果相比，诊断符合率相近(95.71%vs100.0%)，P>0.05，差异无统计学意义。 结论 运用64排螺旋CT机对脑血管病变患者进行诊断检查，诊断符合率较高，值得临床推广。
