老年COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者综合治疗的临床效果研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析老年COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者综合治疗的临床效果。方法 整群选取2013年3月—2015年1月收治的78例老年COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分组。常规组患者给予常规治疗，综合组患者给予综合治疗，对比效果。结果 综合组患者病死率(0.00%)明显低于常规组(5.13%)；综合组患者治疗后呼吸功能各项指标均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 老年COPD合并呼吸衰竭给予综合治疗，效果确切。
