老年支气管哮喘78例临床疗效探讨(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨孟鲁司特钠与布地奈德联合使用治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床疗效。 方法 整群选取2014年4月—2015年6月该院收治的老年支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组78例和治疗组78例。在治疗方案上，对照组采用常规治疗方法，治疗组采用孟鲁司特钠与布地奈德联合使用方法，以治疗10 d后两组患者的临床疗效和肺功能为考察指标，进行比较分析。 结果 治疗组患者肺功能各项指标的改善效果明显好于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，采用孟鲁司特钠与布地奈德联合使用方法的治疗组患者总有效率为93.59%，明显高于常规方法治疗，总有效率为78.21%，两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将孟鲁司特与糖皮质激素布地奈德联合使用，可以提高用药安全性，并且达到提高药效的目的。
