无张力疝修补与传统疝修补术治疗腹外疝的临床疗效对比(1)
[摘要] 目的 就无张力疝修补与传统疝修补术治疗腹外疝的临床疗效对比进行探讨研究。方法 随机选取2012年1月—2015年1月时间范围该院接收的100例腹外疝患者，将他们划分成为研究组与对照组，各50例，对照组采取传统疝修补术治疗，研究组采取无张力疝修补术治疗，就两个组别患者手术情况及不良反应情况进行比较分析。结果 研究组手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间，相比对照组明显更低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组不良反应发生率4.0%相比对照组18.0%明显更低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 无张力疝修补使用于治疗腹外疝患者临床疗效满意，具备推广借鉴价值。
