中老年人突聋79例临床疗效分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨老年性突发性耳聋临床疗效分析。方法 随机抽取该院2013年2月—2014年1月收治的79例突聋老年患者进行回顾性分析，按就诊前后随机分为对照组33例和治疗组46例，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组给予综合治疗，两组患者在治疗后进行纯音测听检查。结果 两组结果比较，治疗组痊愈13例，总有效率82.6%，总不良反应率13.04%；对照组痊愈8例，总有效率75.7%，总不良反应率21.07%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年性突发性耳聋治疗效果慢，疗程长，采取综合治疗能有效改善患者耳聋症状，促进患者康复。
