ETN微创治疗胫骨远程螺旋形骨折(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨分析解剖型胫骨髓内钉微创治疗胫骨远程螺旋形骨折的临床疗效。方法 整群选取该院2013年6月—2015年3月收治的胫骨远程螺旋形骨折患者37例，采用解剖型胫骨髓内钉微创治疗，结合术后康复训练，观察临床效果，分析解剖型胫骨髓内钉微创治疗的优缺点。 结果 33例患者对本次骨折复位治疗满意，满意度高达89.1%；术后复查显示，骨折愈合良好，所有患者伤口术后均I期愈合，无重症感染、肿胀、皮肤坏死等常见软组织并发症发生。结论 ETN微创治疗胫骨远程螺旋形骨折，固定效果好，患者术后康复快，安全性好，患者预后满意。
