稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年人冠心病心律失常的疗效(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年人冠心病心律失常的临床疗效。方法 随机选取2014年1月—2015年3月期间该院收治的老年冠心病患者60例，按照治疗方法的差异将其分为观察组与对照组，两组均为30例。其中对照组患者给予常规方案治疗，观察组患者以稳心颗粒与美托洛尔进行联合治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组，两组患者的治疗总有效率分别为90%与73.3%，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年人冠心病心律失常临床效果显著，可有效改善患者病情，促进患者身心康复。
