厄贝沙坦对心力衰竭患者心功能和心肌纤维化的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究分析厄贝沙坦对心力衰竭患者心功能和心肌纤维化的影响。方法 整群选取2010年5月—2015年5月该院收治的420例心力衰竭患者，随机分为对照组、观察组，每组210例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组采用厄贝沙坦治疗，比较分析两组治疗前后心功能指标、血清III型前胶原氨基末端肽(PⅢNP)、血浆脑钠肽(BNP)和透明质酸(HA)浓度情况。 结果 观察组治疗后PⅢNP、BNP和HA水平降低幅度显著优于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后LVEF值上升幅度显著高于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。 结论 厄贝沙坦治疗心力衰竭效果显著，能够有效改善患者心功能，抑制Ⅲ型胶原和心脏HA产生，阻碍心肌纤维化，值得推广。
