宫颈HPV检测联合TCT筛查对宫颈癌患者病变前筛选中的临床意义(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测联合薄层液基细胞血(TCT)筛查对宫颈癌患者病变前筛选中的临床意义。方法 整群选取该院2012年2月—2013年4月收治的60例宫颈异常且后期诊断为宫颈癌病变患者，均采用TCT检测、HPV联合TCT检测对患者宫颈癌病变前筛选，回顾性分析两种方法检测结果。结果 HPV联合TCT检测阳性检出率95.0%相较TCT检测80.0%显著较高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，相较后期病变临床检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；TCT检测阳性检出率80.0%相较后期病变临床检测显著较低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HPV联合TCT检测能有效筛查宫颈癌病变前，具有临床推广价值。
