丹参注射液治疗冠心病的疗效分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 通过研究探讨丹参注射液治疗冠心病的临床疗效，为该疾病的治疗提供依据。方法 随机选取该院从2013年1月—2015年1月期间收治的冠心病患者200例，随机的分成两组，即对照组和观察组各100例患者。对照组采取口服消心痛和阿司匹林进行治疗。观察组则采用注射丹参注射液治疗，观察两组患者治疗后的情况。结果 两组患者经过治疗后的效果具有显著差异。对照组100例患者经过治疗后，显效34例，有效30例，无效36例，总有效率为64.00%。观察组100例患者经过治疗后显效45例，有效53例，无效2例，总有效率为98.00%。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 丹参注射液治疗冠心病的疗效很明显，值得推广使用。
