慢性萎缩性胃炎采用中西医结合治疗的临床分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探究在慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗中中西医结合治疗的应用效果。方法 整群选取2014年1月—2015年6月在该院消化科治疗的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者106例，按照随机分组原则将胃炎患者分为对照组和治疗组分别53例，对照组患者采取常规的西药对症缓解治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗总有效率。结果 治疗组慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床治疗总有效率为98.1%，对照组慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗总有效率为79.2%，治疗组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗中西药对症缓解治疗的同时进行中药治疗能够显著改善患者的临床治疗效果.
