北海市2007～2013年陪泳小姐艾滋病干预效果分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 了解北海市陪泳小姐艾滋病和梅毒感染状况以及相关危险行为现状。 方法 采用整群抽样方法，对度假区内2007年4月—2013年12月陪泳小姐进行面对面健康问卷及采血检测HIV、梅毒RPR。 结果 7年中累计调查273名陪泳小姐，梅毒阳性18例，阳性率6.59%；从2007年5月开始至2013年12月份对调查对象进行干预，干预后暗娼人群正确认识艾滋病预防知识知晓率，由2007年的75.5%上升到2013年的88.3%，干预前后差异有统计学意义。结论 健康教育和行为干预是控制艾滋病流行的有效措施，但感染的风险仍然存在，长期持续艾滋病防治干预非常重要。
