分析点状抽剥在大隐静脉曲张治疗中的临床效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨在大隐静脉曲张中使用下段点状抽剥治疗的临床效果。方法 整群选取该院2013年3月—2015年3月静脉曲张专科中大隐静脉曲张50例患者为研究对象，随机分为2组，每组25例。对照组应用切开剥除技术，观察组应用点状抽剥技术，对比两组的治疗效果。结果 观察观察组手术时间为(43.0±7.8) min，对照组手术时间为(60.0±13)min；对照组术中输血量为(135.0±33.8) ml，观察组术中输血量为(53.1±15.1) ml；对照组住院时间为(9.5±2.5) d，观察组住院时间为(7.1±2.1) d，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用点状抽剥技术能有效提高病症治疗量，值得在临床进行推广使用。
