左卡尼汀治疗老年冠心病心衰的疗效探讨(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨左卡尼汀治疗老年冠心病心衰的临床疗效。 方法 整群选取2013年8月—2015年8月期间该院收治的84例老年冠心病心衰患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组42例，对照组采用常规治疗方法治疗，观察组在此基础上加用左卡尼汀治疗，详细记录记录两组老年人的治疗前后的LVEF、LVDD等指标。结果 观察组治疗总有效的例数为38例，对照组为32例，观察组的治疗总有效率为90.5%，对照组为74.4%，对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组对比，观察组治疗后的全部指标都明显优于对照组，对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 左卡尼汀辅助治疗老年冠心病心衰，有助于改善心功能。
