固定与活动义齿配合修复在牙列缺损中的临床价值研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨固定和活动义齿配合修复在牙列缺损中的临床价值。 方法 随机选取2013年7月—2015年6月期间来该院治疗的60例牙列缺损患者实施研究，把60例患者按照双盲法随机分为传统组和治疗组，每组30例患者。给予传统组传统固定义齿修复，治疗组固定和活动义齿配合修复，比较两组临床治疗效果。 结果 使用固定义齿修复的传统组治疗有效率为80%，使用固定与活动义齿联合修复的治疗组治疗有效率为93.4%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对牙列缺损患者使用固定与活动义齿配合修复效果确切，并且义齿修复后稳定、舒适，患者对其依从性较好，可推广运用。
