经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术和传统手术治疗胸腰椎骨折的优劣差异(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究比较经皮微创椎弓根螺钉内固定和传统的开放手术治疗胸腰椎骨折临床优劣差异。 方法 整群选取2012年12月—2015年6月期间在该院治疗的胸腰椎骨折患者44例，采用随机分组将其均分成微创组和开放组，每组患者22例。开放组采用传统的开放性椎弓根螺钉内固定手术治疗；微创组实施Sextant系统下经皮微创内固定手术治疗。记录两组患者的围手术期相关指标、胸腰椎术后矫正情况，并随访观察并发症情况。 结果 微创组在手术时间、切口大小、出血量等围手术期指标均要明显优于开放组(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组在椎前缘高度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。开放组并发症发生例数明显高于微创组(P<0.05)。 结论 经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折具有出血少、安全性高、临床效果好等优点。
