两种微创入路在跟骨关节内骨折的效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 观察两种的不同微创入路在跟骨关节内骨折治疗中的效果。 方法 回顾性分析2013年1月—2015年1月该院诊治的110例(115足)跟骨关节内骨折患者临床资料，按照不同治疗方式分为两组，对照组55例(58足)患者接受窦跗骨微创入路治疗，研究组55例(57足)患者接受纵行小切口复位微创入路治疗，对比两组治疗效果。 结果 研究组手术时间(40.26±8.55)min显著短于对照组(60.14±8.74)min，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 纵行与跗骨窦微创入路治疗跟骨关节内骨折近期疗效良好。
