优质护理服务应用于ICU护理风险的规避作用分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨重症监护室(ICU)护理中应用优质护理服务的风险规避作用。 方法 整群选取2013年1月—2015年1月该院ICU患者228例，按照入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组，各114例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施优质护理服务。对比两组的护理风险事件发生率与护理满意度。 结果 观察组的风险事件发生率为2.63%，相比于对照组的14.91%显著降低(P<0.05)；观察组患者的护理工作满意度为95.61%，显著高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。 结论 在ICU护理中介入优质护理服务有利于提高护理质量，规避护理风险事件，值得临床推广应用。
