中老年脑溢血患者行精神护理和心理治疗干预的临床效果分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 分析中老年脑溢血患者行精神护理和心理治疗干预的临床效果。 方法 回顾性分析2013年1月—2015年6月该院诊治的125例中老年脑溢血患者临床资料，按照治疗过程中不同干预治疗治疗方案分为2组，对照组采用常规护理患者55例，研究组采用精神护理和心理治疗干预患者70例，对比两组临床具体护理情况。 结果 研究组护理后神经功能、心理状态与日常生活能力均较对照组显著改善，对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；另外，研究组并发症总发生率7.14%显著低于对照组21.82%，患者满意度91.73%显著高于对照组74.55%(P<0.05)。 结论 中老年脑溢血患者行精神护理和心理治疗干预的临床效果明显，可降低患者并发症发生风险，提高患者满意度。
