区域分割伪彩色处理技术在DSA图像后处理中的应用价值(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究区域分割伪彩色处理技术在数字减影血管造影(DSA)图像后处理中的应用价值。 方法 整群选择2013年10月—2015年3月来该院就诊的64例脑血管疾病患者作为研究对象。对所有患者先采用常规DSA造影技术处理,再行区域分割伪彩色技术对DSA图像进行后处理,比较图像处理前后质量变化情况。 结果 采用区域分割位彩色处理技术后DSA图像质量为1级的例数较处理前显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分级为3级的DSA图像质量处理后较处理前得到显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 区域分割伪彩色处理技术可显著提高DSA图像质量,但该技术尚处于临床探索阶段,有待于进一步研究。
