系统化护理管理在新生儿护理中的应用效果研究(3)
这充分说明，在针对新生儿的护理的过程中，必须积极地给予系统化的护理管理工作，只有这样，才能够不断提升新生儿以及其家属的舒适感，更可以有效保障新生儿的健康发育和各种疾病发生率的降低，值得临床推广应用。
