股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的手术治疗分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的手术方法及其效果。 方法 随机选取2013年2月—2015年2月期间该院收治的股骨干骨折合并股骨颈骨折患者30 例，其中22例患者采用动力加压钢板内固定或带锁髓内钉固定联合空心钉固定进行治疗，8例患者采用重建髓内钉固定进行治疗，对所有患者的手术治疗效果进行回顾性分析。 结果 该研究中，30例患者骨折均顺利愈合，愈合时间分布为11～25周，平均为(15.7±4.1)周；术后共计出现1例骨折不愈，4例延迟愈合，4例下肢短缩。 结论 股骨干骨折合并股骨颈骨折的治疗难度较大，治疗时应根据患者的骨折部位及移位情况选择合理的固定方式和顺序。
